Admin Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This is a part time weekend position, every Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 5pm from March to October, with the opportunity to have more hours throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Provide general support to visitors

Skills

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
