```Duties```
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining office equipment and coordinating repairs.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is a plus.
