About the Team
The Ad Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Ad Operations team with campaign integrations across Video and Homescreen placements, working cross-functionally across multiple teams and playing an instrumental role in all Ad Operations related tasks. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned ad ops specialist who is interested in working alongside a driven team on the operational side of digital media. This position helps support the team with efficient and timely execution of assets across various ad technologies. This individual will have a passion for technology, process and will be closely aligned with other ad ops team members and cross-functional groups.
What You Will Do
- Utilize third party and proprietary ad technologies to implement campaigns across Video and Homescreen Display placements.
- Ad Ops technical point of contact for all supply and demand integrations.
- Tag generation, implementation troubleshooting and quality assurance.
- Analyzing inventory performance and providing optimization recommendations as needed.
- Support project testing across our ad tech stack.
- Communicate regularly with our client services team during and after campaign launch.
- Support team with technical optimizations to enhance results and adhere to best practices.
- Speak knowledgeably on our ad products and specs to internal stakeholders.
- Frequent monitoring and reporting of campaigns status to key stakeholders.
- Support extended Ad Operations team with QA, overall communication, and process flow.
- QA advertiser creatives for functionality and diagnose any technical issues.
- Support ad hoc inquires as they come up.
About You
- 1-2 years’ experience in an Ad Operations role at an ad tech company, agency or equivalent.
- Experience in display and video advertising with a premium publisher or agency.
- CTV experience is required.
- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with digital ad servers for video and display.
- Experience in programmatic video executions and workflow a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and various reporting platforms.
- Strong desire for collaboration, creative brainstorms, and proactive client engagement.
- Analytical, project management, deadline-driven, and process-oriented personality.
- Entrepreneurial drive, comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $74,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $94,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
