This position supports the Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization (LCPO) programs, learning & development, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement. We are looking for someone who is energized by driving efficiency, is adept at thinking strategically, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to implement, and is both self-directed and able to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders. A successful candidate has good judgment, is able to anticipate needs, is resourceful, takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, and is able to communicate clearly.
