SalaryDuties include reception and light office work for 23 hours per week. See below for a list of specific duties.
The hours are Monday: 9-4pm, Tuesday 12:30- 7:30pm, Wednesday 1-4:45pm, and Thursdays 12:30- 5:45pm. There is potential for these hours to increase in the future, as our practice grows. Pay is $17/hr.
We need someone with GREAT people skills- this is a customer service position first and foremost. Basic technology skills are also required as we use online scheduling for our patients, as well as: email and phone. Applicants must be conscientious.
Duties for this position include:
- Warmly greeting and checking in patients and escorting them to treatment rooms
- Applying your excellent customer service skills while: answering the phone, providing general information on acupuncture and our practice, and checking and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Using our software program to schedule patients while following our scheduling protocols
- Assisting with superbills/itemized receipts for patients
- Light cleaning of treatment rooms between patients
- Assisting with ordering and stocking
