Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Front Desk operations at our Belmont location.
- Act as the central point of contact for customers and visitors.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline communication and operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized Front Desk area.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing rental reservations.
- Uphold company policies and standards.
- Assist with Accounts Receivables
- Complete NH Boat Registrations for customers
