Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Front Desk operations at our Belmont location.
• Act as the central point of contact for customers and visitors.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline communication and operations.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized Front Desk area.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing rental reservations.
• Uphold company policies and standards.
• Assist with Accounts Receivables
• Complete NH Boat Registrations for customers
