Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a gregarious social butterfly to join our team! As our Front Desk Receptionist you are an important part of creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

The Ideal Candidate will be familiar with dental terminology and have experience using Open Dental practice management software.

Responsibilities:

• Turn that frown upside down and smile and greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all administrative documentation
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience
• Open Dental Experience is a big plus
• Computer literate
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
