In this role you'll manage the Front Desk Reception Area of a busy Medical Practice, checking patients in for appointments, conducting initial in-takes of new patients and provide general information on services offered and various programs, work closely with the Acute Clinical Team, Director, and internal depts (Billing, Benefits, etc.) on coordination of services for emergency cases, perform general administrative tasks, answer and direct incoming calls, maintain visitor log/badge system, accept deliveries from UPS/FedEx/USPS, and other clerical tasks as needed.

Desired Skills/Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma is required, College education a plus.
- 1+yr experience in similar role or 3+yrs Customer Service
- Ability to work in-office M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
- Excellent communication and people skills, ability to work with people in difficult situations and remain calm, caring, and compassionate.
- Computer skills: MS Office, EMR experience a plus
- Willingness to complete criminal background check and pre-employment/occupational health screenings
