Herner Chiropractic is looking for a Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Excellent customer service is a priority for our office. Our ideal candidate would have strong interpersonal skills, as well as solid computer and phone skills. This part-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, dependable and able to multi-task with ease.
Job Duties:
- Greet patients in person and by phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Patient scheduling.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Collect patient payments.
- Manage email communications.
- Scan/fax/file documents.
- Verify insurance benefits and referrals for patients.
- Maintain treatment rooms and waiting room area to ensure they are clean and functional.
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal, health and financial information.
Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Schedule:
Tuesday: 7:00am - 12:30pm AND 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am - 12:30pm AND 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Ability to work AM (7:00 - 12:30) AND PM (3:00 - 7:00) shifts.
- High School or Equivalent
- Customer Service (1 year)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
