Accounts Receivables/Accounting Clerk

LACO Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables clerk to join our great team of employees.  We need someone who can be an anchor at the front desk.  Assisting customers in person and on the phone.  You will be involved in various processes and departments at LACO primarily supporting our accounting group and performing other office duties as needed.  We need an individual who can provide a positive and pleasant experience for all.  Willing to follow up digitally as well as verbally regarding the collection of debt.

Skills Required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams
• ERP knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of accounting functions – primarily invoicing and understanding of the principles of reconciliation.
• Typing proficiency

Education & Experience

• 2-3 years of Administrative Experience or Accounts Receivables Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Details

• Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
• Shift:  Monday through Friday regular business hours
