What you will do
Dishwasher
The right candidate will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all food pans, sheet pans, food racks, cooking utensils, kitchenware, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. Ensures areas used to complete these tasks are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary facility. Be able to take temperatures of the dish machine promptly and report any issues.
Prep Cook
Prep various foods that will get incorporated into cooked items for orders and serve directly to the dining audience. As customer service is an integral part of the job candidates might be asked to serve the customers and must be professional in appearance and discourse. Prepping and cleaning for the morning shift is expected. Items might include vegetables, meats cutting or slicing, par cooking items, and other food items as needed.
