Job Description:
As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will play a key role in managing the financial transactions of our organization. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. You will also assist in managing customer accounts, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Assist in managing customer accounts and processing receivables
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Provide support to the finance team as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
