Mains'l is currently seeking 2 full-time Accounts Receivable Accountantsto work a part of our financial management team overseeing the activities necessary to provide accurate billing to ensure the financial health of the organization. This position works closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide quality and timely customer service in regard to services and claims. The accountant will have the opportunity to assist and collaborate with a dedicated team that is working to build a world where people live with meaning and purpose.

Pay Rate: $21.37 - $28.85 DOE
Max rate: $27.13
This is a hybrid position where you can work remotely but are required to meet in the office as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Submitting claims for services rendered for payment.
- Creating reports to ensure submitted claims are accurately billed.
- Printing and entering service authorizations.
- Checking eligibility for stakeholders.
- Creating bi-weekly billing for payment.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders regarding authorizations, eligibility, payroll discrepancies, and billing errors as needed.
- Completing reconciliation between necessary parties.
- Maintaining company record-keeping standards.
- Following up and collaborating on any billing report errors.
- Providing excellent customer service to employees and management.
- Bachelor's degree in an Accounting related field or equitable experience is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the field of Accounts Receivables.
- Technical computer experience, especially in Excel.
- A strong desire to learn and collaborate in a team-friendly atmosphere.
- Innovative: someone who looks for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Effective communicator, both oral and written.
- Inclusive with stakeholders and employees, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Flexible, and able to adapt to changing roles, responsibilities, and environment.

- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience Module-based systems- i.e. Oracle, JD Edwards, or Great Plains.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers license
- Reliable Transportation with valid insurance coverage
- Ability to pass a Driving Record Check through the Department of Motor Vehicles
