SalaryCoronado Stone Products has been the leader in manufactured stone for over 60 years. We manufacture and distribute our high-quality stone products at factories located across the US. In addition, Coronado supplies over 400 distributors and dealers throughout the US.
Coronado is looking to fill the position of Credit Assistant located in our Perris, CA location.
This position requires someone who is very detailed-oriented, organized and is a team player. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure working on many different tasks.
Job Duties:
- Process credit applications and maintain Credit Files
- File all paperwork related to California construction lien laws
- Collect past due invoices
- Post payments to customer accounts
- Review/ approve customer orders to be picked up or delivered
- Maintain customer relationships
- Prepare reports related to open accounts receivables.
- Perform other related duties as necessary
- Assist in special projects as needed
Position Requirements:
- Some credit related experience, particularly with California construction lien laws, is desirable
- Good Computer Skills (word, excel, power point)
- Highly Organized Individual
- Good Communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
