Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Prepare client invoices and ensure proper backup documentation is attached.
- Prepare logs and track client billings
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- AA in Accounting or other related field
- Expert knowledge in client invoicing
- Fundamental knowledge of contracts
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
