Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing:
- Generate accurate invoices for clients and insurance.
- Verify billing details, including patient info and insurance coverage.
Claims Management:
- Prepare and submit insurance claims.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
Collections:
- Implement effective collections strategies.
- Communicate with clients and insurance providers for payment resolutions.
Account Reconciliation:
- Regularly reconcile Accounts Receivable.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve outstanding issues.
Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on receivables.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Industry experience with Accounts Receivable.
- Experience working with insurance companies is preferred, but not required
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in billing software
- Understanding of insurance billing and behavioral health coding.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial data.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Certification:
- Certification in healthcare finance or related field is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
