The Accounts Receivable Specialist supports the Accounting Team with key daily and monthly functions:
- Daily EFT and deposit processing
- Daily A/R systems reconciliations
- Prepare A/R for monthly bank reconciliations
- Review customer account balances
- Engage with other company employees and customers to ensure timely and accurate payment application to open balances

Required education and experience:
- High school diploma
- Computer literacy beyond beginner level
- Previous ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, accounting, administrative and customer service experience
- Route accounting experience a plus (such as eoStar)
