Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our clients, located in downtown Indianapolis. With an emphasis on billing clients, this role entails all aspects of the Accounts Receivable process including cash posting and collections. Longevity and experience are the most important attributes for our clients.
Responsibilities

• Billing 3,000+ clients monthly
• Posting incoming payments
• Calling and emailing to collect on past-due accounts
• Ensure all receivables are up to date with an aging report

Qualifications

• Proficiency in A.S. 400 and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Data entry skills are preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Employment Type: Full Time, Contract to Hire
