Accounting Receivable Specialist - Contract

Looking for NEW GRADUATE BS Accounting / Finance
OR
Associates Degree with some work exp in accounting support
1 year Hybrid Role 3 days remote MTW, then Th/F on site
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields (NEW GRAD)
OR
• Associates Degree with some experience
Required Skills:
• Must be proficient in Excel
Nice to Have:
• Billing experience
• SAP experience
Duties:
• Create invoices and credit memos, interact with requestors to ensure proper processing
• Act as the key point of contact for Accounts Receivable inquiries/disputes.
• Coordinate and clear cash receipts and ensure their correct reconciliation through to the GL.
• Provide AR statements and communicate regularly with customer to ensure timely payments made
• Communicate accurate status of accounts with associated Business Units and others.
• Maintain credit management system.
