- Oversee the end-to-end process of invoicing, billing, and collections
- Implement and maintain effective accounts receivable policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, taking proactive measures to reduce outstanding balances
- Lead a team of assigned customer service representatives and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service
- Establish and maintain service level agreements to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on maintaining positive relationships
- Generate and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the accounts receivable and customer service functions
- Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline order-to-cash processes
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable (preferably in the Orthopedic Medical Device industry)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
