Job Title: Accounts Receivable
Reports To: Accounting and HR Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Department: Finance
In-Office Position
Summary: Handles all facets of Accounts Receivable efficiently by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1. Post check payments, credit card payments, and ACH payments received from
customers
2. Work with customers to resolve account problems.
3. Collect on delinquent accounts.
4. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
5. Effectively handle large volumes of work.
6. Maintain a professional office environment and promote a positive image for the company.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Prior Accounts Receivable accounting experience
preferred.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of recent Accounts Receivable experience
- Good data entry skills
- Good math skills
- Good understanding and working knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Good oral, reading, and written communication skills.
- Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented and thorough.
