TITLE: Receptionist/Accounts Receivable

McCormick Motors is a full-line Chevrolet and GMC dealership and one of the top ten GM Commercial dealerships in the country. We also carry Hino and Isuzu Medium Duty truck lines. We have 45 full-time employees with average longevity in excess of 15 years. McCormick Motors is located in Nappanee, which is an ideal community with excellent schools, community offerings, and easy access to local attractions and destinations.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is for a Receptionist/Accounts Receivable clerk. Basic responsibilities are answering phone calls and directing them to the proper department. You will also handle cash transactions, credit card transactions, and other duties as assigned. The hours for this position will be from 9:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday. Our business is closed on the weekends! All training will be provided on our dealer operating system, General Motors systems, and various other programs that we use.
