Accounts Receivable Representative (Indianapolis, In) - Work From Home 75%

***This is a Work From Home (75% remote) position, we prefer candidates to reside in Indianapolis or surrounding area for weekly/monthly in person meetings.***

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receive customer payments into the Customer Database and Accounting programs.

· Verify legal signatures and sold price on signed contracts.

· Follow Up with the Sales Team when pricing discrepancies are found or when payments are received to no open sale.

· Receive customer calls regarding payment questions.

· Analyze spreadsheets to verify the CRM and Accounting program balances reconcile.

· Process customer refunds and discounts.

· Email customer invoices.

· Process financing applications.

· Communicate deposit and payment requirements to customers and Sales Team.

· Calculate Partial Balances Due.

· Create new sales for Commercial Contracts.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Attention to detail with numbers. Everything must reconcile to the exact number.

· Strong Math Experience with money or numbers.

· Demonstrated ability to read financial information on estimate form contracts; split costs, apply discounts, and add install costs.

· Excellent Oral customer service over the phone.

· Strong written communication via Email. Must provide examples.

· Previous experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and an Accounting program.

· Must have a quiet work area to receive customer calls with no background noise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
