Job purpose
The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator is to support the Accounting Department by assisting with daily tasks and organization. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will help keep operations running efficiently and smoothly.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist Accounts Receivable Lead with all seen and unforeseen accounting operations
- Maintain bookkeeping spreadsheets, updating information as needed
- Invoicing
- Create invoices on multiple platforms
- Ensure final shipments match final invoices
- Send invoices to customers
- Scan documents and organize in shared digital folder
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
Qualifications
- Familiarity with accounting software preferred
- Familiarity with MS Office suites and Google suites
- Ability to quickly learn
- Detail oriented
- Organized
Working conditions
· Employees are subject to Food Safety standards in the facility.
· The Employee will be responsible for time sensitive tasks that may require specific office hours.
· All tasks will be performed at Bitchin’ Headquarters (6211 Yarrow Dr. Ste C, Carlsbad, CA 92011). Remote privileges are not granted to the Employee.
