Volt is immediately hiring Temporary Accounts Receivable for a local company in Corona.
WEEKLY PAY Work Hours: Monday-Friday – 8 am-5 pm or 7:30 am-4:30 pm with an unpaid 1-hour lunch.
The pay for this position is: $20.00
As an Accounts Receivable, you will:
- Enter and balance customer payments such as lockboxes through AR Open Scan software.
- Analyze various information provided by customers and branches to accurately post receipts
Accurately download BCM reports of assigned branches daily in order to analyze, post as instructed by branches, and submit dollar and item counts for department monthly reporting. - Accurately clear payments per the ZBAR report
Send clear, complete, and appropriate memos to branches per department guidelines.
Accounts Receivable, candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs; especially excel, word and outlook.
- Review AR aging reports regularly to ensure compliance, send past due notices, and identify and recommend termination of customers for non-payment.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
