Job Summary:

GT&E, LLC. (Groff Tractor & Equipment) a leading construction equipment dealership in Pennsylvania has an immediate opening for Accounts Receivable Clerk. We are looking for an analytical Accounts Receivable professional to assist our accounting department as it receives, processes, and collects funds for goods sold or services rendered. This role will be required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure that payments are posted accurately. The hours are Monday Friday, 8 hours per day, first shift.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
• Processing and recording transactions.
• Maintains and updates customer accounts such as name, phone, email address or mailing address changes.
• Provides statements and invoices to customers when requested.
• Relays changes of information to appropriate employees.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
