SalaryWe are in search of an Accounts Receivable/collections clerk with great communications skills and who is very organized. This is a temporary role with a possible opportunity to go permanent.
We will have on the job training for this role.
Job involves:
The responsibilities would include:
- A/R Collection - including contacting the customers through email and phone calls
*
- Use of excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Dynamic SL Accounting Software, and our ERPs
*
- Problem resolution/figuring out why invoices aren't paid timely
*
- A small amount cash receipt posting
*
- Use of customer portals to find out status of invoices or retrieve payment remittances
Experience:
- 3 years Excel experience
- 3 years Customer Service Experience
- 2 years collections experience
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
