SalaryThis position will be handling all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including cash reciepts, daily invoicing, customer communications, and collections.
Overal purpose/objective of this position: To provide effective accounting and office support in order to maintain/ increase our high level of customer service, maintain accountability for the sales team, and eventually manage Accounts Receivable in its entirety.
Responsiblities include but not limited to: Daily customer invoice processing/applying credit card, ACH, and check customer payments, monthly statements, past due follow up, customer correspondence both written and by phone, filing, answering phones, balancing, product knowledge.
Experience/training/education level required: High School Diploma/some college preferred, moderate experience handling Accounts Receivable and its common issues, moderate experience processing/applying payments, some experience processing transactions involving tracked inventory, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and must have some college/experience with general ledger accounts and shipping.
Technical/physical skills/abilities required: Typing skills must be a minimum 55-60 words per min, good communication skills required, attention to detail, ability to work at a fast pace accurately when needed, problem solving skills, ability to work independantly or as a team.
Physical Presentation Requirements: Jeans or slacks with dress shirt /Company Shirt. Clean and organized work station and /or other building areas of responsibility.
Is this position closely, moderately, or minimally supervised? Moderately supervised. Supervisor is immediatley available for support and will monitor performance/train.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
