A leading manufacturing company with over 30 years of industry experience and annual revenue of $400 million is seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team. As an integral team member within our finance department, your role as an Accounts Receivable Accountant will be vital in overseeing and optimizing our Accounts Receivable procedures, ensuring the precision of financial transactions.
$75,000 per year (plus discretionary bonus)

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of transactions
Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
Manage Accounts Receivable and collections activities
Assist with month-end close activities and year-end audits
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
