In this role, you will work closely with senior managers in Finance and senior management across the firm, providing research and analysis. This exciting opportunity offers the ability to work directly with many internal departments across the firm.What you'll doLead projects and perform strategic ad hoc Financial Analysis for a wide range of senior leaders across the firm including the founderPresent analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to help drive actionable outcomes for senior leadersTake responsibility for a broad range of complex processes which may include recurring forecasting, financial modeling, assisting in the tax process for the founder, return analysis, etc.Identify and implement process improvements to minimize opportunities for error and to improve the timeliness of our deliverablesManage and actively update team models for scenario analysis and long-term planningSupport implementation of the firm's strategic prioritiesWhat's required8+ years of professional experience in corporate finance, Financial Analysis, and/or consultingAn ability to think strategically to tackle complex problems and build thorough financial and analytical modelsAn ability to effectively communicate with senior members of the organization and provide synthesized and clear analysis and recommendations to managementStrong interpersonal skills and a desire to pitch in to help the team and the broader firmWillingness to take responsibility for a broad range of complex processesCompetency in managing many competing priorities simultaneously and ability to pivot seamlessly between tasksPassion for identifying new opportunities for change and innovation and creatively implementing recommendationsIntellectual curiosityExcellent attention to detail and a process-oriented approach mindsetStrong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWe take care of our peopleWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
