We're looking for a motivated, highly detailed, and organized Accounts Payable Accounting Assistant in the greater Phoenix area.

To be successful as the Accounts Payable Accounting Assistant, you should have:
- Previous related AP experience.
- Associate degree in accounting is a bonus.
- Proficient knowledge using accounting ERP software, Sage 100 Contractor is preferred.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is helpful.
- You should have a strong working knowledge of fundamental operations of computers – Microsoft Word and Outlook, with proficiency in Excel having knowledge of advanced formulas and functions preferred.
- Experience in working within tight deadlines and ability to effectively multi-task.
Your objectives as the Accounts Payable Assistant: Process A/P and maintain vendor relationships; process monthly and weekly billing; process credit card and ACH payments; and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
