ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/DATA ENTRY

Hospitality Consulting & Supply is seeking to fill an entry level Office position. This individual will be responsible for timely Processing of all receivables/payables and other secretarial duties.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring accounts as directed and ensuring timely payment of receivables.
• Writing letter and email correspondence; Speaking with vendors via phone calls.
• Maintain records on all accounts and filing.
• Enter payment and account information accurately.

Requirements:

• Highly organized and efficient.
• Detail oriented.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to complete solo projects and work well within a team setting.

Computer skills, as necessary in a professional setting, knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
