Location: Oak Creek, WI.
Salary: $20-22 per hour (with dental, vision, health, and 401k benefits)

Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Process invoices accurately and efficiently using our electronic reader application.
Quality Assurance: Ensure invoices meet quality requirements and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Supply Chain Department and vendors to streamline processes.
Workflow Management: Properly account and route invoices through our electronic approval system.
Problem-Solving: Review accounts payable aging and resolve any discrepancies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processing time and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications:
Data Entry Skills: Typing proficiency and experience with 10-key data entry.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in this role.
Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
Note:
This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Oak Creek, WI.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
