Form of workPerform various Accounts Payable related tasks and process both expense invoices (paper and electronic) and disburse payments upon due dates. Work closely with vendors, store managers and corporate departments regarding both invoices and credits.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Sort and process daily incoming department mail
Prep invoices for scanning to document imaging systems
Correlate tear strip/remittance with checks in cash disbursement processing
Index invoices and check for accuracy.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
Excellent attendance, work ethic, customer service - internal and external
Some background knowledge in Accounts Payable
Good typing skills with exposure to computer input and excel
Good communication skills
Excellent 10-key calculator by touch
