ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

JOB DETAILS:

Pay: $18-$19 per hour starting rate

Job Type: Part time (32 – 36 hours weekly)

Shift and Schedule: Normal Business Hours Monday through Friday

LOCATION:

13795 St. Charles Rock Rd. Bridgeton, MO 63044

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Answer phones and greet customers

• Code cash receipts to relevant customer accounts.

• Code credit card transactions in Quickbooks Online and track receipts for proper expense classification

• Prepare vendor invoice payments to be approved by the assistant controller or controller

• Input vendor invoices into accounting system and code to appropriate classification

• Track vendor accounts on a weekly basis to ensure proper timing of payment

• Keep organized storage of Accounts Payable Checks and Invoices

• Assist with and prepare monthly close reconciliation reports

• Assist with various administrative tasks of the office
