Job Description:

• Responsible for the transition and resolution of the po receipt accrual from one ERP system to Dynamics. This includes the following:
  • Processing of invoices against the po receipt accrual
  • Monthly reconciliation of this accrual
  • Follow up on any received po’s without an invoice processed
  • Follow up with the location on any remaining accrual and write off of the account.
• Responsible for various accounting journal entries and reconciliations as assigned
• Responsible for assisting Accounts Payable with various tasks and responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation of our 3rd party invoice system to out ERP system
  • Issue resolution of invoices not assigned in the 3rd party invoice system
  • Other activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting
• 3-5Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
• Attention to customer needs and while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentially in dealing with sensitive material.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.
• Ability to work in a team environment and strong individual contributor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Intermediate to Advanced in Excel)
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor XA, Power BI, etc.
