_** With their mission to build affordable housing for all, this organization is looking for a solid AP Specialist to join their team. This candidate will have a solid understanding of full cycle AP functions and an experience in property management

Responsibilities
- Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
- Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
- Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
- Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting processing Accounts Payable
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills – ability to multi-task, prioritize work, manage multiple deadlines, and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- High energy team player that is a self-starter that can work proactively with limited supervision
- Strong ethics and integrity
