Role Description

This is a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist role located in Bradenton, FL, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing Accounts Payable transactions, including reviewing and verifying invoices, reconciling vendor statements, preparing and posting journal entries, and assisting with credit card reconciliations. This person will also be responsible for managing company supply orders. The role requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ Experience in Accounts Payable and finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with creating and posting journal entries
• Ability to process and reconcile vendor, credit card & bank statements
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
