Accounts Payable Coordinator- Scheduling/Ime

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The AP Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable process for the Scheduling/IME Department, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

·       Processing bills from experts for scheduling services.

·       Builds service within QuickBooks to mirror VP service.

·       Cost split emails.

·       Contact Experts to get invoices for services and prepayment invoice.

·       Maintain Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliant.

Qualifications:

·       Competency with QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft software preferred.

·       Attention to Detail

·       Good listening and communication skills

·       Data Entry Skills

·       High School Diploma or GED with some college accounting credits.

·       Knowledge of accounting principles and practices as well as general office procedures.

·       Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and data.

·       Excellent Computer Skills

·       Demonstrated skill in handling fast paced and often competing pressures on one’s time.
