Accounts Payable Coordinator.

-Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Vendor Management: Maintain effective relationships with vendors, promptly resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues, and ensure timely payment.
-Payment Processing: Prepare and process payment requests, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments, in accordance with established payment terms and schedules.
-Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to expense policies and accurate employee reimbursement.
-Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
-Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and documentation, ensuring compliance with record retention policies.
-Reporting: Generate accounts payable reports and provide periodic analysis to management, highlighting trends, potential cost savings, and process improvement opportunities.
-Compliance: Stay updated with applicable accounting regulations and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
-Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness within the accounts payable function.
-Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, receiving, and accounting, to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
