Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp to Hire). In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and payments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices for payment, including verifying accuracy and completeness
Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices
Enter and maintain data in accounting software
Prepare and issue checks and ACH payments
Reconcile Accounts Payable statements
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
