Accounts Payable Coordinator:
Lennar is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who will review invoices for accuracy and consistency, circulate invoices for approval, work with vendors to resolve past due invoices and ensure that invoices are paid on a timely basis.
Responsibilities:- Distribute invoices for approval and follow up on the approval if necessary
- Review all coded invoices to ensure proper approval and coding
- Compile approved invoices and upload them to dedicated BOX folder for the Regional Operations Center (ROC).
- Review check runs for accuracy and forward to Controller for approval.
- Process voids and stop payments
- Process check requests
- Process Address Book Revisions for new vendors and vendor changes
- Organize and maintain all invoice files
- Assist with any audit requests and pull necessary backup documentation
- Work with the permitting team to code all invoices paid using the company pcards and to ensure that we have a copy of all receipts.
- Support Vendors / trade partners with payment issues
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years office and Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
- JD Edwards experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
