We need to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk to issue payments to vendors, reconcile statements, compile and maintain verified Accounts Payable records, and more! Our ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and have experience with high volume, multiple entities. This is an on-site position, NOT remote.

Responsibilities - Accounts Payable Clerk:
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION- Issue payments to vendors
- Post open items in Accounts Payable daily
- Reconcile statements
- Maintain purchase orders
- Generate accounting statements and reports
- Provide monthly financial and management reports
- Assist with special projects and perform other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements - Accounts Payable Clerk:
Previous Accounts Payable experience- Automotive dealership experience is a plus!
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus!
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, organized, and computer proficient
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
- Must have good communication skills and work ethic
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
- Must have general accounting, bookkeeping and mathematics knowledge for data entry assignments
- Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
- Sensitivity to confidential matters is required as this candidate may assist with many functions of the accounting office
