Accounts Payable Clerk* - Now Hiring

Express Employment Professionals has an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk . This qualified clerk will provide support to a company in East San Diego County. 

Qualifications: 

• Must have knowledge in QuickBooks and Excel  
• Enters invoice data, matches purchase orders and invoices for back-up, verifying code to general ledger. 
• Prepares Accounts Payable checks.
• Opens mail daily and checks invoices against open purchase orders, distribute copies of unmatched invoices to ordering department.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish 
• Two (2) year accounting program graduate 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (32-40 hours a week depending on work load) 

Pay: $25.00/Hour
