Accounts Payable Clerk

Malone Workforce Solutions is currently hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk in Bowling Green. This role is in an office environment, Monday-Friday day shift! Experience is a must. Pay starts out at $16 per hour.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with vendors to ensure account information is correct
• Match purchase orders to the correct invoices
• Ensure payments are correct and coded in the system
• Prepare month end and quarterly end reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable
• Great communication skills
• Computer skill and spreadsheet development
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
