Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerkto assist with our growing Finance team! The Accounts Payable Clerk must be detail-oriented who works toward improving processes and thriving in a fast-paced environment. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, we encourage you to apply! This is fully in-person position, no remote work available at this time.

Responsibilities:

· Enter payables and process payments for four companies.

· Process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure accuracy of data entry.

· Reconcile vendor statements to vendor in a timely manner.

· Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

· Assist with month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.

· Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment issues.

· Ensure W-9 compliance.

· Assist with year-end 1099 processing.

· Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data analysis and QuickBooks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
