Accounting/Admin Assistant

Duties will include answering phones, monitoring and replying to company emails, accounts payable, balancing checkbook, order supplies, scanning, inventory control, will be cross trained on other positions and other duties as assigned.

We are accepting applications for a Full-Time or Part-Time Accounting/Admin Assistant position. Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Saturday hours are required for this position based on full time or part time.

Required experience:

• Retail, Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Strong computer skills to include word, excel
• Accounts Payable experience, Quickbooks experience

Education:
