HIRING: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/ AP Position
FULL Time- LONG Term!!
Duties include, but are not limited to: Accounts payable, data entry, answering phones, filing and general clerical work in a small office setting, misc. errands/duties
Quickbooks/SAGE, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and computer proficiency is a must. Must be self-sufficient and a team player.
Bilingual and driver’s license is a must

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Hour lunch)
Compensation TBD based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
