We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Pensacola office.
Work hours: Monday through Friday, full-time position
Pay Scale: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the financial transactions of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting the financial well-being of our organization.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Accounts receivable experience or related financial roles
- Invoicing and billing experience
- Accounts reconciliation
- Financial reporting and monthly closing
- Advanced computer skills, with an advanced skillset in MS Office and proficiency in QuickBooks
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and ability to work independently
- Impeccable customer service skills
