This position will be on-campus at FSU Panama City in Panama City, FL. It is responsible for designing, preparing, and analyzing fiscal and budgetary reports and summaries, serving as a campus-wide liaison for asset management, assisting departments with researching issues and recommending solutions or corrections, interacting with the Tallahassee campus when necessary, and performing other duties as requested.
Additional duties include:
• Prepares and assists with filing required yearly reports.
• Performs budget transfers as requested.
• Prepares specialized financial and budget analysis for auxiliary programs.
• Reviews and prepares monthly ledger reconciliations and assists staff who reconcile ledgers.
• Provides fiscal advice and guidance to all constituencies on campus.
• Handles various aspects pertaining to auxiliaries.
• Prepares forms to set up/update customers for auxiliary billing.
• Researches and responds to auxiliary billing questions and inquiries.
• Oversees annual property inventory and reconciliation.
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and six years of experience.
(Note: or a combination of post-high school education and experience equal to six years.)
Preferred Qualifications• Experience using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to compile, review, and reconcile data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of an ability to interpret and apply related federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
• Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related University policies, procedures, principles, and practices.
This position will be on-campus at FSU Panama City and will involve in-person responsibilities.

The salary ranges between $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 annually, commensurate with education and experience.
